The new Lanserhof Sylt will find its place between the dunes, on the Wadden Sea in the middle of List and yet far from the hustle and bustle – one of the few places on the island from which you can see the sea and the Wadden Sea. This is one of the highest elevations on the island with a fantastic all-round view of Lister Hafen and the adjacent conservation area. The Lanserhof itself will be built on this elevation of the property. The construction work has been running since November 2017, the estimated construction time is around 4 years. The building with 68 rooms, including the treatment area and medicine with around 5,000 m², is being built on an area of 20,000 m². There will also be a spacious spa area with saunas, steam baths, a relaxation area and an indoor and outdoor pool.
