LOVOR: A NEW GASTRONOMIC FESTIVAL ARRIVES IN THE Bay of Kotor

On the first weekend of July, the Bay of Kotor will welcome a new culinary event. The Lovor Food Festival will take place on July 1–2 at Limoneto Beach in Kamenari, bringing together restaurants, chefs, wineries, and bartenders from across the region.
Over the course of the two-day festival, visitors will have the opportunity to enjoy exclusive dishes created especially for the event, wines from regional producers, and signature cocktails inspired by local ingredients.
This year’s edition introduces the concept “One Theme – Ten Answers,” through which each participant will present their own interpretation of regional gastronomy using locally sourced ingredients.
Among this year’s participants are Vladimir Kučera (Delirium Silence), Nikola Nikolić (Pretop), Anđela Risimić (Salon 5a), Stefan Živković (Koordinata Street), as well as the teams behind Cveće Zla, Limoneto, New Balkan Cuisine, Sea Farm Ostrea, and Lumiere Bistrot. The festival’s culinary offering will be further complemented by a curated selection of local and regional wineries, alongside a signature cocktail program by the Mirta New Balkan Cuisine team.
Lovor Food Festival was founded by chef Vanja Puškar and Olja Mihajlović as a new platform dedicated to gastronomy, the people behind it, and the products shaping the contemporary culinary scene of the region.
Designed as an open market-style event, the festival allows visitors to freely explore offerings from restaurants, wineries, and bar teams throughout the evening.
Due to the venue’s limited capacity, entry is available exclusively with a festival ticket. Ticket collection begins on Monday, June 22, at the Casa del Mare hotels (Amfora, Vizura, Hedera, Mediterraneo, and Bocasa) in Montenegro, as well as at Iva New Balkan Cuisine and Dragoljub New Balkan Cuisine restaurants in Belgrade.
