YOUR STAY
You will be offered top notch accommodation in seven elegant villas (one deep in the woods), boutique hotel suites and a 3-bedroom private house, providing space and homey coziness. Beauty, vastness, nature and luxury are part of what you’ll find at your villa or suite.
The boutique hotel has the perfect ambiance for vacation and relaxation – a stone building, with timber beams, red bricks, artistic design and spacious suites.
WINE&DINE
The core concept of our restaurants is ‘From the Farm to the Table’ and you will feel it in every meal. At aEstivum restaurant you will be served exquisite terroir dishes prepared with products from the Estate’s garden and farm. The tempting variety of homemade cheese, honey, meat, eggs and pickles is a must-try. The second restaurant – the modern and welcoming Bistro 55, offers delicious food with fresh produce from the region and daily menus, as well as wonderful wines.
WINE LOVERS’ HEAVEN
The sommeliers of the Estate will make you dream and feel the magic of wine tasting while trying the Zornitza signature wines and premium labels from around the world. The wines made from a variety of grapes grown at the Estate have already won prestigious international awards as well as the recognition of the wine lovers from near and far. Each September we welcome guests for grape harvesting and wine tasting in the vineyards.
HOLISTIC APPROACH
ZOMA Body & Soul brings an effective holistic approach through personalised care and premium cosmetics. Our therapists use terroir products – herbs from the Estate, honey from our hives and grape from our vineyards, to make essential oils for massages and treatments. The outdoor pool is especially attractive in winter with its thermal water and secluded setting.
SURROUNDINGS CALLING
Wherever in Zornitza Family Estate Relais & Châteaux you are, your eyes would roam over mountain peaks and endless vineyards. You will be tempted to wander around the eco trails and biking tracks in the surrounding mountains – with UTV, motor bike or walking; to go for a picnic with a bunch of friends and a basket with snacks; to find coolness in summer around the waterfalls in the area; to experience the adrenaline of flying with a hot-air balloon over the Estate. You can get to Bulgaria’s most famous ski resort Bansko in a little over an hour, and to Thessaloniki, Greece – in an hour.
